Biography
I am a researcher at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, working under the guidance of Professor Maksim Zhukovskii from the University of Sheffield, UK. My primary research areas are probabilistic and extremal combinatorics.
Originally from Colombia, I moved to Russia in 2012 after being awarded a scholarship by the Russian government. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Applied Mathematics in 2018, with a thesis focused on Zeeman laser gyroscopes. I then pursued a Master’s degree in Discrete Mathematics, graduating in 2020 with a thesis on random graphs. Finally, I completed my PhD in 2024 with a dissertation titled “Random Graphs: Induced Subgraphs and First-Order Logic.”
In addition to my academic pursuits, I am passionate about traveling and hiking. Over the years, I have explored the Caucasus and the Balkans extensively and visited numerous countries around the world.
